Read through the Bioconductor FAQ and the R FAQ.
Search the Bioconductor mail archives to see if your problem has been addressed.
Read the Bioconductor Posting Guide and then post a message to the appropriate Bioconductor mailing list. This should be a last resort, not the first thing that you do.
